All products listed on Five Star Goods Inc., including rolling papers, disposable vapes, cigars, and cigar wraps, are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise stated. For B2B clients, payment terms are Net 30 days, subject to credit approval, or as specified in distributor agreements. Orders under $500 without an open account require payment by credit card at the time of purchase, with a 3% service fee applied.

Inspection and Returns

You must inspect all products within five (5) days of delivery. Products are deemed accepted unless you notify us in writing of any nonconformance to specifications within this period. To return products, you must obtain prior written authorization from Five Star Goods Inc. Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid to our designated location. No returns of special, custom, or made-to-order products are permitted, and no returns will be accepted more than sixty (60) days after delivery. We may, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price for nonconforming products as your sole remedy.
